Sean McVay’s trainer, Ryan Sorensen, posted a video of him doing squats.
In the video, McVay has 405 pounds on his shoulders while doing the training.
He did five reps of the squats before the video cut off.
McVay’s trainer has an impressive clientele with NFL and MLB stars visiting his gym.
Names like Christian Yelich, Puka Nacua, and Cooper Kupp have done workouts with Sorensen.
NFL fans were baffled by McVay’s strength, and shared their thoughts on social media.
“That’s a good work out!” one fan said.
“An example of discipline and habit,” another fan said.
“Running back next season?” a third fan said.
“Hes better than half of the players on his team lol,” a fourth fan said.
“Well done coach,” a fifth fan said.
McVay took over the Rams in 2017 and has since turned them into perennial contenders.
He was named the 2017 AP Coach of the Year in his first year as a head coach.
In just his second year he went to the Super Bowl for the first time, and in 2021 he won it.
While he is one of the best coaches in the NFL, he wasn’t able to keep wide receiver Cooper Kupp on his roster.
