Posting online, the 24-year-old, who was recently slammed as ‘garbage at its finest’ after revealing her body count, has now shared a clip alongside Johnny Sins, an American adult film performer and director with 724,000 followers on Instagram.
The influencer, who has become one of the most controversial women in the UK, posted her short clip online with the caption “The perfect size doesn’t exi…”
The blonde bombshell, who has banked over £2million and was recently slammed as “bizarre” by another model, stood with Johnny, a porn star recognised online as the ‘most talented bald man’.
Lily, who just days ago sparked outrage after posing with her ‘oldest fan’ in a ‘vile’ stunt, asked the male content creator: “Go for it, how big do you reckon you are?”

To this, using a tape measure, Johnny estimated his penis size – which he claimed to be eight inches.
Seconds later, Lily, who previously opened up on receiving death threats and faces a potential ban from Airbnb after she used a rental for a sexual stunt without informing the homeowner, acknowledged: “That’s so precise.”
Giggling, the pair then posed with the tape measure, as Lily held it up against her and laughed: “Perfect.”
Social media users react
The short but ‘gross’ clip, which was uploaded on Lily’s official Instagram page, has clearly left many gobsmacked, as in just two days, it has quickly gone viral and racked up 3.4 million views.
The video has amassed 35,800 likes and 731 comments, as many eagerly raced to share their thoughts on the ‘ridiculous’ act.
One person said: “Embarrassing to be fair…should be ashamed.”
Another added: “Wow!! This is truly sad! I truly hope that you’ll find Jesus before it’s too late.”
A third commented: “No self respect.”
Stop demeaning yourself. You are a pretty lady, you need to stop with the disgusting acts

Meanwhile, someone else asked: “Lilly why? You are so breathtaking and you’re doing this job? It’s ridiculous and unbelievable.”
At the same time, one viewer simply chimed in: “Y’all are gross.”
Former porn star shares advice for Lily Phillips
LILY Phillips is a name many of us now know, thanks to her controversial plan to bed 1,000 men in 24 hours.
The OnlyFans star is hoping to break the world record with the endeavour – a record currently held by adult film star Lisa Sparks, with 919 men.
But adult film star Jasmin St. Claire – who’s most famous for having sex with 300 men in 24 hours for X-rated 1996 film The World’s Biggest G**g Bang II – has issued a word of warning to the 23-year-old to ensure she’s regularly tested for sexually transmitted diseases.
“I get a lot of OnlyFans girls on my podcast … and the one common story is all of the different STD outbreaks in the business,” Jasmin explained.
“Like, I’ve never heard of half this stuff in my life. I’m like, holy s**t. Can a doctor from India cure that?
“Like, seriously, because these are some weird things.”
As well as this, another user begged: “Dude stop demeaning yourself. You are a pretty lady, you need to stop with the disgusting acts.”
Fakery row
But this isn’t the first and we’re sure it won’t be the last time that viewers have been left gobsmacked by Lily Phillips, who just last month claimed to be pregnant and cradled her ”bump” while telling social media users ”it’s official”.

Only last week, Lily, who is currently in Los Angeles, was caught in yet another fakery row as fans spotted an issue with her sick stunt.
Viewers blasted the creator as “fake” after her recent video showed her getting cosy with elderly men in a nursing home.
Not only did people call her out for “preying on the elderly”, but they also accused her of “faking” her stunts.
In a TikTok video, Lily claimed that she found one of her oldest fans, Steve, 82, through Facebook.

But eagle-eyed users quickly rushed to the comments to note that he looked identical to another adult film star.
One wrote: “He’s also in the adult industry.”
Whilst another added: “Yep, he’s in loads of porn vids. She’s a businesswoman and very clever at it.”
Meanwhile, The Tab claimed that Lily’s ‘fan’ looked like an adult star who goes by the name Jake Jacobs or Jay Crew.
Cashing in
Not only this, but Lily, who is originally from Derbyshire, also left people stunned when she begged women to “send husbands and boyfriends” to help her bed 1,000 blokes.

The Brit sex worker – who didn’t have a boyfriend until she was 17, lost her virginity just before her 18th birthday and officially joined the adult app when she was 19 – now earns over six figures a month.
Lily, who describes herself as “bubbly and articulate” and posts everything from sneaky peeks to full-blown porn on her hugely lucrative OnlyFans account, also employs eight staff – all of whom are women.
I think people forget that this is a job and I love my job, but then I also am just a person

But when she first started posting on OnlyFans, she had no idea it would turn out to be so lucrative.
Lily, who broke down last year on a documentary by filmmaker Joshua Pieters, explained: “I definitely went into it thinking it would be a little bit on the side.
What is OnlyFans?

OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
As of 2023, it is thought to have more than 220million registered users and over three million content creators.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to pictures, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t exclusively designed with that in mind – anyone who wants to build up a fan base and charge them for it can set one up.
Celebs like Katie Price and Kerry Katona are popular personalities on the platform.
“Whether you’re uploading tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage or just endless selfies, a lot of your followers would be willing to pay for them,” the company states.
For every subscription that’s sold to a viewer, performers get 80 per cent of the cash while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It isn’t limited to adult content, as it has become popular with physical fitness experts and musicians.
“I didn’t even expect to do it for longer than a few months.
“I’m making good money from it, I love it, why would I stop?
“I think people forget that this is a job and I love my job, but then I also am just a person.”
