CHARLES BARKLEY has called Stephen A. Smith ‘lame and weak’ amid the broadcaster’s ongoing feud with LeBron James.
James and Smith fell out after the latter said Bronny James should call time on his NBA career, and that he would be playing G League if not for his father’s legacy.

James aired his grievances with the situation on the Pat McAfee show, to which Smith responded with an hour-long video.
The pair discussed the matter face-to-face following the Lakers late win over the Indiana Pacers.
James later posted a video on Instagram of Smith boxing, mockingly captioned with several laughing emojis and the words “WHOMP WHOMP WHOMPPPPPPPP,” referencing a comedy sound effect.
Barkley, though, simply sees the drama as petty, saying there are no winners in the situation.
“LeBron, he’s too big to be that type of bully,” he said. “I’ve always liked LeBron but him being a bully, it just turned me off.
“But I will say this, Stephen A. [Smith], the way he reacted was so lame and weak.
“They both had an awful week.”
Barkley also lashed out at James for pulling ESPN’s Brian Windhorst into the drama, saying: “LeBron pissed me off when he went after Brian Windhorst… [He] is a good person, man.
“I think he got a pure heart. He’s just trying to do his job and he’s out here catching strays.”
He continued, saying that there were no winners in the situation.
“There’s only losers in this scenario, us as sports media. You got the biggest star in the game and you probably got the biggest star on television and they both look bad.
“LeBron started it, and Stephen A., I’m not sure what he was trying to do, he just made it worse and worse and worse.”
