Kris Jenner is cashing in one last time, with the sale of the home featured prominently on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
The reality TV matriarch has put the famous family’s longtime Los Angeles home on the market for $13.5 million.
“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” Jenner, 69, said in a statement Friday to The New York Times.
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom Hidden Hills estate sits on more than an acre of land in an exclusive enclave nestled just west of Beverly Hills and north of Malibu, adjacent to Calabasas. Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Drake and Justin Bieber are among the celebrities who have also owned properties there.
Sprawling more than 8,000 square feet, the mansion was reportedly purchased for $4 million in 2010, when the former Kris Houghton was married to retired Olympic athlete Bruce Jenner — now known as transgender media personality Caitlyn Jenner.

At the time, the family was already three years into filming their hit series on E! The home — with its black-and-white checkered entryway, soaring ceilings and grand dual staircase — quickly became an iconic backdrop of reality TV.
“This home was an integral part of the show,” Jenner’s real estate broker, Tomer Fridman, told the Times. “But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives, with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution.”
