KHLOE Kardashian is making waves in the retail space with the launch of her brand new line of snacks.
As the new Khloud Foods product exclusively hits the shelves at a popular retailer, shoppers have shared their mixed opinions towards the snack.

Khloe Kardashian is not a newcomer to the retail space, having co-founded or collaborated on a variety of brands.
For example, she is the co-founder of the fashion brand Good American and has collaborated with her sisters’ companies, including Kendall’s 818 Tequila, Kim’s SKIMS and KKW Beauty, Kourtney’s Poosh, and Kylie’s Kylie Cosmetics.
Khloe is expanding her reach among consumers with the launch of Khloud Foods, a new brand centered on healthy snacks.
The Kardashian sister unveiled the brand’s debut and its first product, a line of protein popcorn, in an Instagram post on Tuesday morning.
“The secret’s out of the bag,” reads the post. “Khloud Protein Popcorn available 4/29 on Khloudfoods.com and @target.”
The snack is made from whole-grain corn kernels grown in Nebraska, with each serving containing seven grams of protein.
The high protein content comes from what the brand calls “Khloud dust,” a mixture of seasoning and protein powder made from milk protein isolate that the corn kernels are tossed in.
The protein-packed product comes in three flavors, including White Cheddar, Olive Oil & Sea Salt, and Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn.
The Khloud Protein Popcorn is non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, and made without seed oils.
“To me, snacks should be easy and delicious and you should feel good about sharing them with family and friends. That’s what inspired Khloud,” Khloe told Food & Wine.
“I didn’t want it to feel like your typical ‘protein snack,’ I wanted something that tasted amazing, was easy and convenient, and was made with real, non-GMO ingredients.”
Protein popcorn isn’t the only snack that fans can expect to see from Khloe’s new health-conscious brand.
“We have big plans ahead. We’re staying in snacks but expanding into new categories. I think there’s so much space to reimagine everyday snacking, and I’m so excited,” said the media personality.
Fans on Instagram were likewise excited about Khloe’s endeavors in the snack aisle, praising her for the new product.

SNACK ATTACK
The Kardashian-Jenner clan has stirred up much controversy over the years, with the mixed opinions about the sisters influencing consumers’ perceptions of Khloe’s new product.
While the snack will officially be available at Target stores nationwide, on target.com, and khloudfoods.com beginning on April 29, a Reddit post from last weekend suggested an early release.
A shopper shared an image of a Target shelf stocked with the Khloud Protein Popcorn, with the four-ounce bags priced at $4.99 each.

“Too bad Target’s still hemorrhaging customers and loss of revenue thanks to boycotts. But hey, reminder: boycotts work, people! Keep up the good work!!” wrote the shopper.
“Also, for the price of one bag of her celebrity cornflakes you could buy a 12-pack of actual popcorn, pop it yourself, and doodle a cloud on the paper bag.
“Voilà – same snack, less cringe, way more savings, especially in today’s economy.”
Fellow Redditors shared their unfavorable opinions about the celebrity’s new snack line.

“Protein popcorn? This is a product no one asked for. And ‘Khloud’ is stupid marketing,” said one user, as another called the launch a “weird random cash grab.”
