Jodie Comer, 26, posted a behind-the-scenes picture from her latest TV show on Instagram yesterday.
The English actress, who plays skilled assassin Villanelle in BBC America drama Killing Eve, shared the snap to mark the release of the second season on BBC iPlayer.
The award-winning actress, who scooped a BAFTA Television Award for her portrayal of the villain in the first series, returns to our television screens along with her co-star Sandra Oh, 47, for an eagerly-awaited second run.
The social media snap showed the Liverpool-born star with her stunt double Jess filming scenes for the first episode which became available to view yesterday.
Jodie and Jess can be seen in matching outfits while shooting scenes for the show in Paris, where her fashion-loving character lives.
Putting on an animated display, the pair wore dark skinny jeans, a pink top and an oversized green jacket.
Season two begins 30 seconds after the first series ended.
The series one cliffhanger saw Sandra’s character, MI5 agent Eve Polastri, stab Villanelle in her apartment.
Referencing the first episode, the talented actress told her 651,000 followers: “Here is a BTS photo of me and my legendary stunt double Jess. Thanks Jess for making me look cool and eating that car bonnet for me.”
She also added: “UK @killingeveseries 2 has finally arrived and you can binge the whole series on @bbciplayer RIGHT NOW!”.
