Jessica Biel appeared unbothered at work on the set of a TV show in Manhattan on Tuesday, hours after her husband, Justin Timberlake, was charged with DUI on Long Island.
Biel, 42, was spotted in uptown Manhattan on the set of “The Better Sister,” an Amazon series she is starring in. She even cracked a smile at one point.
Timberlake, Biel and their representatives have not released any public statements following the “SexyBack” singer’s arrest around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in Sag Harbor. Biel was also working on “The Better Sister” Monday in Central Park.
After he was arraigned on a single DWI charge in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court, Timberlake was released without bail around 10:30 a.m.
“I had one martini, and I followed my friends home,” Timberlake allegedly told arresting officers.
Biel and Timberlake, 43, have been married since 2012 and renewed their vows on their 10-year anniversary in 2022.
Just hours before Timberlake’s arrest, Biel shared a cute Instagram post of he and their two children.
“You’re so many things to so many people. But to us you are THE ROCK,” she wrote. “The rock we climb on, we lean against. The rock that shades us from the sun. And when we recline on you, as we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you eternally grounded and warm. We LOVE YOU.”
