A massive Israeli strike rocked southern Lebanon targeting a top Hezbollah military commander as fears of a wider war exploded.
The IDF said: ” Preliminary: The IDF targeted in Beirut the commander responsible for the murder of the children in Majdal Shams and killed many Israeli civilians.
“At this point, there is no change in the directives of the Home Front Command. If there are any changes we will update. More details to come.”
Unconfirmed reports on social media suggested that the IDF had killed Fuad Shukr – top military advisor to Hezbollah’s leader Hasan Nasrallah.
