The popular ITV series was hosted by Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly in 2018.
It came as Ant took time off from his presenting duties as he stepped away from the limelight following a conviction for drink-driving.
Holly’s turn on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! was well received by fans of the reality show.
However, with Ant returning for the next series, Holly could still potentially make a return according to bookies.
Bookmakers Betway have suggested that Holly could be heading to the jungle again.
They are tipping the This Morning presenter for a comeback alongside Ant and Dec at 1/2.
On top of that, they are also taking bets that she will front the show with Dec at 5/1.
“The I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! directors have a bit of a head-scratcher on their hands this year,” a spokesperson said.
“While getting an exciting line-up of contestants is one thing, they’re going to have to make a call on who hosts the show and it seems Holly Willoughby is fancied to make a return.
“We can’t see Ant being ousted after just one series away, though, and it’s odds-on at 1/2 for the Geordie duo to incorporate Willoughby into their presenting for this year’s show.”

But with Holly’s busy schedule and This Morning commitments, she could well be staying home this year.
The programme’s sister-show Extra Camp regularly features special celebrity guests so perhaps Holly could turn up there.
Although this year there will be a notable change to the programme as two of its presenters have announced they won’t be returning.
Joe Swash, who won the main show back in 2008, has revealed he won’t be coming back to host in order to spend time with his family.
Joe and girlfriend Stacey Solomon welcomed their first son together, Rex, back in May.
In a post to Instagram he shared: “I can’t believe I’m about to say this… For 10 incredible years I’ve been lucky enough to host my favourite show on telly.
“Being a part of the I’m a Celebrity After Show has been everything I could have dreamed of and more. But I’ve come to the decision that this year I’m going to have to leave my jungle family and stay home with my wonderful real family.
“I don’t want to miss a second with Stacey and our amazing boys so 3 months in Australia just seems too make to bare this year. I’m so grateful for everything the jungle has given me and for all of the people who have took me under their wing and given me memories to last a lifetime.
“I’ve made some unbelievable friends in fact family in Oz and I’ll miss you all terribly. @antanddec thank you boys for showing me how it’s done and keeping me on my toes I’ll be watching every night missin ya both! Well It’s not goodbye forever but just for now. Thanks for the memories @imacelebrity it’s been emotional.”(sic)
Scarlett Moffatt has also announced her departure as she focuses on new projects.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! will return to ITV later in the year.
