A man has died and four people severely injured after a Colombian city Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently visited was rocked by an explosion.
The deflagration took place amid a protest in the El Tunel section of the route linking Popayan and Cali, some 450km southwest of the capital Bogota.
A paramedic called to the scene confirmed the victim was a 60-year-old man who lived near the area of the explosion.
