“Happy quarter century to the most precious decent, kind and beautiful human I know. How are you 25 years?
“I’ve loved every second since you cried your first tear and smiled your first smile. I hope I can always make you smile.
“You are my life young lady.”

DOUBLE TAKE
The 28-year-old will star alongside Derry Girls star Louise Harland and Kin actor Danielle Galligan in the six-part drama series The Walsh Sisters.
Jay has been acting since he was eight years old and was recently in Amazon’s Wheel of Time series.
As a child, Jay spent a lot of time on the set of Coronation Street with his dad – who played ladies man Ciaran McCarthy.
Seeing his dad in action was what allowed Jay’s interest in acting to develop.
His first acting role was playing Peter Pan in a school production.
And in May 2011, he secured his first big role, playing Declan Brady in Channel 4’s popular soap, Hollyoaks.
