GRAMMY-winning rapper Jay Rock has been arrested by Los Angeles Police – after he tried to flee his vehicle during a pull-over.
The renowned artist, real name Johnny Reed McKinzie, was pulled over by police on Thursday for unknown reasons.
Los Angeles police said that they also found a firearm in the 39-year-old’s vehicle.
The rapper is known for his work with music label Top Dawg Entertainment, and collaborations with iconic rapper Kendrick Lamar.
