A woman injured five people with a knife on Friday evening while on a bus on its way to a city festival in Germany.
The stabbing attack took place at around 7.40pm local time (6.40pm BST) in Eiserfeld, part of the Siegen-Wittgenstein district in North Rhine-Westphalia.
At the time of the incident, at least 40 people were on the bus, heading to an event in Siegen.
Local news outlet Siegener Zeitung report that three of the casualties are in life-threatening condition.
Police officers arrested a suspect, described by Presse Portal as a 32-year-old woman.
The crime scene has been cordoned off by officers, and Dortmund Police is leading the investigation into the incident.
