Several people are reported to have been injured, some seriously, after a gun attack at a hair salon in the German city of Hagen.
A police spokesman told Broadcaster Westdeutscher Rundfunk, the situation was “dynamic”.
The crime scene and the surrounding area in the Hagen-Eilpe district of the city have been cordoned off and police are currently on a large-scale operation in Hagen city centre and in the Eilpe suburb.
As the Hagen police reported via X, initial indications suggest the crime may be “family-related”.
Dortmund police have taken over the operation.
