GEMMA Collins has hired a psychic to cleanse the Dancing on Ice rink of negative energy.

The Towie star enlisted the help of Sue, a shamanic practitioner, to help prepare the studio for her performance on Sunday.

The GC has hired a psychic to try and cleanse the DOI ice rink

It comes after her shock fall earlier in the series.

In a vid posted to Instagram, The GC said: “I’ve brought a psychic into the ice today to cleanse the energy for my performance on Sunday.

“There’s very bad energy in this corner and it’s affecting the performance.

“We are gonna banish out all the bad energy for this Sunday. Hell yeah!”

Gemma then filmed the psychic as she went around the ice chanting.

The GC’s latest scheme comes after Dancing On Ice’s Dan Whiston claimed Gemma’s dramatic fall “cursed” the other celebrity contestants taking part in the ITV programme.

Last week saw the show get compared to Channel 4’s The Jump after the majority of celebs suffered painful injuries during training.

The week before, 37-year-old Gemma took a tumble on the ice during the live show – slipping and damaging her leg during her routine with professional skate partner Matt Evers.

And Dan, the show’s associate creative director, believes that this marked the beginning of a Dancing On Ice “curse”.

Speaking to The Sun Online, ice skater Dan said of last week’s excessive injuries: “It was really, really awful.

“It was almost as if Gemma’s fall from last week’s show… it was a sign of things to come.

“Everyone was getting injured.

But shes now back on the mend and raring to go

“She’s got black knees, they’re so bruised, she hurt her chest as well.

“People are pushing the boundaries so there are going to be these injuries.”

American singer Melody Thornton was among the injured contestants last week, slipping during rehearsals and cracking her chin on the ice.

She also damaged her left shoulder in the fall, with she and partner Alex Demetrioubeing forced to change their routine as a result.
