Massive explosions have shaken Beirut again – with footage showing the blasts in the southern suburbs of the city of Sunday night.

The attacks came on the eve of October 7, the anniversary of Hamas’ terrorist attack on Israel, in which some 1,200 were killed and hundreds more were taken hostage.

Israel had put out fresh evacuation orders in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah also targeted the Israeli port city of Haifa with rocket fire on Sunday evening, with Israeli media reporting that five people were injured.

Hezbollah has said in a statement military base had been targeted, though social media clips appeared to show damage to roads in civilian areas.
