Emmerdale’s new mystery has had fans all asking one question: who is Jenny Finn?
Some baby’s bones were found at the school and police believe they belong to that woman, who gave birth aged 16.
However, it seems Jenny is actually someone who is closely tied to the village.
Fans think they’ve already worked out who the young mum was believing Lydia Hart (played by Karen Blick) is somehow involved.
Last night, Jessie Dingle (Sandra Marvin) announced the bones were at the school and the camera repeatedly cut to Lydia.
Furthermore, she seemed to be pretty interested in the story and asked whether the police had been able to identify the remains.
She also had a chat with Zak Dingle (Steve Halliwell) about her past, hinting she hasn’t been entirely truthful to the Dingle family.
What’s more, Lydia admitted she has a troubled past, which is definitely tragic, given her tone.
When Sam Dingle (James Hooten) suggested they adopted a baby, she didn’t seem too keen.
Now, fans think these clues all add up to her being somehow involved in the harrowing storyline.

While the details are sparse at the moment, Emmerdale viewers have been quick to theorise about the plot.
One wrote: “I was watching last night & Lydia overheard the chat between Jesse & Marlon about ‘bones buried in Hotten High School’ & she got this look across her face that was ‘so telling’ but on the other hand is it too much too soon. This sounds like an on going thing.”
A second added: “Jenny Finn is the name of the mother of the dead baby at the school i think jenny changed her name to Lydia.”
“Uh-oh. Lydia has something to do with bones,” a third commented.
A fourth wondered: “I also think something has happened in the past with Lydia. She looked dodgy when the school was mentioned.”
It’s thought the mystery will last a little while yet as Emmerdale airs a mystery involving several girls from the soap.
Jessie must prepare for a police conference but word gets out and many start to worry.
DI Bradwell is called in to deal with the case and she starts looking at Emmerdale’s residents to see who could be involved.
While the baby died many years ago, the pictures of Jenny appear to look familiar so it seems like it won’t be long until the mother’s identity is revealed.
Emmerdale continues tonight on ITV at 7pm.
