Eminem is back with his first album in four years and he’s not holding back at targeting Diddy in his lyrics.
On the new album, which dropped Friday, the Grammy winner wasn’t afraid to reference mentioned the myriad assault and sexual misconduct allegations made against Bad Boy CEO.
Slim Shady even name drops the embattled mogul on a track called “Antichrist,” where he directly addresses the 2016 footage of Diddy physically assaulting his ex Cassie.
“Next idiot ask me is getting his a– beat worse than Diddy did [redacted],” Em raps. “But on the real, though/ She probably ran out the room with his f—ing dildo/He try to field goal punt her, she said to chill (No).”
Though her name isn’t on the track, many listeners believe “Cassie” is the obvious rhyme to “ask me” given the context of the following lines.
Fans are also speculating another few disses are fired at the “I’ll Be Missing You” artist. On a track called “Fuel,” Em pays tribute to Notorious B.I.G and 2Pac, while also insinuating Diddy was involved with their deaths. “R.I.P., rest in peace, Biggie/ And Pac, both of y’all should be living/ But I ain’t tryna beef with him (Nope)/ ‘Cause he might put a hit on me like Keefe D did him.”
On the album, Marshall Mathers also mentions an allegation in Cassie’s 2023 lawsuit where she alleged Diddy tried to blow up Kid Cudi’s car in 2012 after finding out he was interested in her.
“Mr. Combs told Ms. Ventura that he was going to blow up Kid Cudi’s car, and that he wanted to ensure that Kid Cudi was home with his friends when it happened,” Cassie’s lawyers wrote. “Around that time, Kid Cudi’s car exploded in his driveway.”
The Slim Shady raps about the incident on a track called “Bad One.”
“The f—ing bomb with the puffy on/ I’m blowing up for Kid Cudi’s car/ In front of his house where all his buddies are.”
Diddy settled the lawsuit 24 hours after it was filed by Cassie in November of 2023. The specifics of the settlement were not disclosed.
