EA Sports FC 24 Ultimate Birthday release time and starting XI – Saka, Messi and more


EA Sports FC 24 fans are counting down to the start of this year’s Birthday celebrations in Ultimate Team. The two week Ultimate Team Birthday event has a 6pm GMT release time on March 15. It all begins with the launch of the UT Birthday Team 1, which features players such as Lionel Messi, Bukayo Saka and Son Heung-min. According to Electronic Arts, additional “goodies, surprises, and items” will be revealed as the celebrations continue into next week. A second Birthday team is expected to go live on March 22.

EA Sports explains more: “Today kicks off a two-week celebration for Ultimate Team Birthday in EA SPORTS FC 24, bringing 5-star celebrations to the FC community with 5-Star Skill Moves, 5-Star Weak Foot upgrades, new PlayStyle+ introductions, and fan-favourite ICONs from years past.

“This year also marks the first Ultimate Team Birthday following the arrival of women’s football into Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 24, the biggest addition of top tier players ever added in a single year.”

To celebrate the launch of the event, EA Sports will hold an Ultimate Team Birthday Celebration Stream on Twitch at 6pm GMT.

The Twitch stream will be hosted by Liverpool striker Diogo Jota, who will reveal new campaign items and give viewers the chance to win bonus items and prizes.
