UK homes now have even more choice when tackling the weekly chores and the yearly spring clean. Tefal might be famed for making toasters, air fryers, pressure cookers and kettles but the appliance manufacturer is now taking aim at firms such as Dyson, Shark and Samsung with the launch of its first-ever handheld vacuum cleaners in the UK.
There’s a total of four models that have arrived in Britain with Tefal promising they offer features such as flex technology for vacuuming in tough-to-reach areas and automatic power which adjusts the suction depending on the mess on your floors.
There’s also a screen that shows battery life and you get a boost trigger that gives the vacuum a surge to help pick up any filth in particularly tough spots.
Of course, Tefal is new to the UK vacuum market and if you’re concerned about buying such novel technology, Tefal hopes its success in Europe might put your mind at ease. The company has been selling vacuums in other countries for a number of years with around four million already shipped to homes.
Now the new X-FORCE is arriving here and the price will certainly surprise you. Things will start from just £349.99 for the X-FORCE 12.6 Pet.
There’s also an X-FORCE 12.6 Pet & Car for £379.99, bigger X-FORCE 14.60 Pet & Car for £429.99 and the most powerful X-FORCE 15.60 Pet & Car for £479.99.
This new range also brings the launch of an additional accessory called the X-FORCE Aqua Head. As the name suggests, this added extra is capable of vacuuming and washing at the same time. Tefal says those wanting it will need to pay an additional £69.99 on top of the price of the vacuum.
They are all on sale now.
Speaking about the release,Christophe Leblan, Managing Director UK & Ireland said, “We are thrilled to have expanded into the floorcare category in the UK market, having successfully established our range of handsticks across Europe over the last 6 years.
“We have taken the time to ensure that these products meet the requirements of UK homes, and we hope our customers will be delighted by the high quality user experience they have come to expect from the Tefal brand”.
