In the midst of the festivities, TikTok star Katie Signmond, known by her handle @katiessigmond, took to the platform to express why she believes America is truly “lucky” to have Trump, 78, as their president.
Signmond, boasting a hefty 7.2 million followers, uploaded a video where she lip-syncs to Zach Bryan dong ’28’, featuring the poignant lyrics, “How lucky are we/ It’s been a hell of a week, but you’re all grown now.”
The video also included overlay text stating: “How lucky are we to have a man who’s doing everything he can to protect our country when he has the money and success to never work again.”
Forbes reports that the New York-born Trump’s fortune is an eye-watering $8 billion (£6.2 billion), having seen his wealth soar last month, now ranking him as the 357th-richest person globally.

Many believe that Trump won over many US voters with his economic stance, especially at a time when voters are grappling with soaring food and housing prices. Among the 20 pivotal promises listed on his campaign website, Trump assures he would “end inflation and make America affordable again”.
Additionally, he has announced a series of tax cuts and proposes new tariffs ranging from 10-20% on the majority of imported goods.
On the topical issue of immigration, Trump has pledged firm action. He also wants the US to disentangle itself from worldwide conflicts.
