New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli’s office released an audit last week revealing our state’s very own twilight zone; specifically, a cabinet labeled “Twilight Zone” in the offices of the state Division of Human Rights, where housing discrimination complaints had a habit of landing without due investigation or proper notice to the filers.
