In the show, the studio audience are handed a whopping £250,000 but for every single noise or squeak they make, they lose cash from the prize pot.
Katherine, Sean and Fatiha will all be doing their vesr best to get the crowd laughing, talking and jeering in order to stop them from winning the money.
Giving fans a preview of what is to come, Dermot said: “We’ve got set-ups, we’ve got bribes, stuff like me going, ‘Who wants £200 to do a link to the break?’One guy says, ‘Me!’ and that costs the group £5,000.
“Another time a guy comes out and does a Magic Mike performance and his daughter is in the audience.
“So it’s a combination of all of those things with shocks and practical jokes and the central spine being these comedians who are betting their reputation on trying to make people laugh!”
One of the biggest names attached to the project is Robbie Williams.
The singer will be involved in an epic bribe on the show which ultimately costs the audience £10,000.
Teasing his cameo, Dermot said: “We had a fan of Robbie Williams and we offered her a bribe where he comes on and says he’ll sing Angels but change the words to reflect her name if she breaks her
silence.
“It’ll cost her £10,000 but she’ll get her moment.
“I’m thinking, ‘She’s not gonna go with that for ten grand!’ I honestly thought she’d do it for the team and be like, ‘No’, but she said yes!
“That was actually the moment where we were like, ‘Okay, this format works!’
“But also no one blames someone like that, I don’t think. If you’ve got a super fan in, it’s just kind of a once in a lifetime thing. So I think no one blames them.”
He also confessed that fans will get to see a new side to him as he offers up the “night time Dermot” and swears on the show – something he was forbidden from doing on This Morning and The X Factor.
“Dermot confessed: “I guess it’s not so much a different side, I never see it as a different side because you are who you are, but this is maybe a night time Dermot!
“So from time to time I do swear, but it’s not overused!”
He continued: “In a weird way This Morning’s similar to the chaos of this show because the script is bare bones and me and Alison Hammond have been given free range to kind of just take the interviews wherever we want.
“We’ve got suggested questions but it’s up to us where we take stuff and we don’t rehearse anything.”
