DAK Prescott has made it clear what he thinks his future will be with the Dallas Cowboys.
The three-time NFL Pro Bowl quarterback’s latest words come as he looks to recover from a season-ending injury in 2024.

Prescott signed a four-year, $240 million contract extension last September that made him the highest-paid quarterback in NFL history when it comes to average annual value.
However, he played just eight games before suffering a season-ending hamstring injury.
Last Friday, Prescott spoke to reporters and revealed that he’s improving in his recovering from the injury.
The 31-year-old also shared that he would play right now if he were asked to.

“If I had to play a game today, I definitely could do that,” Prescott said at the 35th annual Children’s Cancer Fund gala, via ESPN.
“It’s about moving forward healthy to make sure I can play 17 times, 20 [games] — whatever we get to when the time’s right.”
Prescott also said he wants to participate in OTAs (organized team activities) after they begin next month.
“I’m getting close to where I want to be. I don’t want to put a percentage on it,” Prescott said.
“I know we’ve got team activities coming up, imagine myself being involved in some sort if not all.
“Then again I just understand my age, what I’ve had, what I’ve went through, it’s about being my best in the fall.
“So I’m not rushing anything, but I’m where I want to be.”
Before the injury, Prescott was on pace for one of his worst statistical seasons.
He recorded 11 touchdown passes and eight interceptions.
Last year’s campaign for Prescott came after a career season in 2023, posting 36 touchdown passes and nine interceptions.
Prescott will look to rebound in 2025 as the Cowboys are coming off a disappointing 7-10 season.

They missed the playoffs and didn’t retain veteran head coach Mike McCarthy.
They hired former offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer as the head coach.
The Cowboys recently acquired quarterback Joe Milton from the New England Patriots, and he will back up Prescott this upcoming season.
Milton will join a quarterback room with Prescott and journeyman Will Grier.
Dallas will turn their attention to the 2025 NFL Draft, which takes place on April 24.
