SHEDEUR Sanders has been linked to a disappointing NFL squad ahead of the 2025 Draft.
Rumors have circulated around the son of Colorado Buffaloes head coach and NFL icon Deion Sanders.

Shedeur has been deemed to be a top-five selection in the upcoming NFL Draft in April by analysts, but he has received criticisms for his demeanor and lack of arm talent, among other reasons.
But the Buffaloes product has a chance of being the No. 2 pick in the event.
Sanders is “truly in play” to be the Cleveland Browns’ pick with the second pick, per former NFL scout and ex-ESPN draft scout Todd McShay.
The current host of his self-titled podcast on The Ringer also shared that the Browns’ front office likely needs to draft Sanders and would want head coach Kevin Stefanski to develop a pocket passer like Sanders which could keep their jobs.

“They’re more handcuffed by any other organization by one contract. Deshaun Watson,” McShay said on his podcast on Monday.
“You need to win at some point real soon to save your job … So, how do you solve the crisis? … They just need solid quarterback play.
“… [Browns general manager Andrew Berry] can’t expect to be picking this high again. … So Cleveland’s best chance of winning short and long term is to strike gold with this No. 2 pick.
“If I’m Andrew Berry, my greatest asset in this whole mess is my head coach. Stefanski is my greatest asset.
“Stefanski has a proven track record of getting the most out of pocket passing quarterbacks with limited mobility.”
McShay finished his argument by saying, “A week ago I glossed over Cleveland taking Shedeur at No. 2.
“Right now, I truly believe that Sheduer Sanders is in play with the No. 2 pick for the Cleveland Browns.”
McShay’s reference to Stefanski’s “proven track record” of winning with a variety of quarterbacks can be attributed to earning Coach of the Year honors in 2023.
During that season, he helped the Joe Flacco-led Browns reach the playoffs.
Stefanski was also the Vikings quarterback coach when career backup Case Keenum had an improbable career year and led the team to a playoff run.

Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot also thinks the Browns could take Sanders with their first-round pick.
“They’ve spoken so highly of Shedeur Sanders, and Sanders has left such a trail of Browns’ breadcrumbs that it still seems to me drafting him at No. 2 is the most likely scenario,” Kabot wrote in a story posted over the weekend.
The Browns are coming off a dreadful 3-14 campaign that saw Watson, who signed a $230 million contract in 2022, tore his Achilles.
Watson tore his Achilles a second time in January and his recovery is reportedly expected to take seven months.
The Browns acquired quarterback Kenny Pickett in a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles last week.
The franchise could look to draft Sanders, who completed 71.8 percent of his passes for 7,364 yards and 64 touchdown throws during his tenure with the Buffaloes.
The New York Giants have been deemed as a fit for Sanders should the Browns pass on him.
The Browns have also eyed free agent Russell Wilson, who visited the team last week.
