A 27-year-old woman and her boyfriend were found shot to death in an apparent murder-suicide in the couple’s Brooklyn apartment Monday morning, cops said.
The double shooting took place inside a fourth-floor apartment on Avenue I near Ocean Ave. in Midwood just after 10 a.m., according to police. Neighbors said the pair were a couple who lived with two children.

“It was a family [living there]. His mom and girlfriend and two children,” said a resident of the building who did not want to give his name.
“A sweetheart,” he said of the 35-year-old man deceased man. “Nice guy. It’s just a shock. He helped me with my groceries. Who would expect this from such a gentle person?”
The investigation was ongoing Monday afternoon and police did not immediately release the names of the victims.
