COSTCO is officially bringing back a $12.99 limited-time desert – and it’s combining two fan-favorite brands.
The major US retailer is giving customers what they have been clamoring for.

Costco is re-introducing the Chipwich Girl Scouts Thin Mints Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich, per allrecipies.
The treat combines the ice cream flavors of Chipwich and Girl Scouts cookies.
This collab creates a desert with real chocolate chips and premium ice cream.
The cookies are chocolate mint and there are also no artificial flavours.
They were first seen on shelves last year.
A social media post revealed the news last Wednesday to a flurry of positive reactions from shoppers.
The caption on the Instagram post said: “NEW Chipwich Girl Scouts Thin Mints Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches at Costco!
“Man do these look tasty!!
“Made with premium mint ice cream, chocolate mint cookies, and real chocolate chips! Get 10 for $12.99.”
This is a good deal, as a box of three typically costs $5 to $8 at the grocery store.
And fans cannot wait to get their hands on them again.
One person commented on the Instagram post: “I immediately bought these after seeing them.
“They are so good! The cookie is soft and the ice cream is creamy and minty!!”

But anticipation for the treats has been growing ever since they were first announced in 2024.
Back then, a Reddit thread shared their excitement at the sight of them, and that was even before they got a taste.
One person wrote: “Oh these look dangerous.”

It is not known how long the ice cream sandwiches will be on Costco‘s shelves.
If they haven’t been seen since last year, it could suggest that they are a seasonal item.
