A Brooklyn man wanted for flashing two young boys — the second time he’s exposed himself to minors in only months — was busted after cops spotted him while handing out flyers looking for him, authorities said.
Jianxing Cai, 22, was arrested Wednesday after cops handing out Cai’s ‘Wanted’ flyers noticed him while they were canvassing, police said later that day.
Cai allegedly approached the kids, ages 8 and 11, around 6:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Vista Place and 68 Street in Bay Ridge and exposed his groin to them before fleeing east on 68th Street, cops said.
The Bensonhurst man was charged with two counts each of acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, lewdness and exposure of a person.
On Sept. 25, Cai was arrested for exposing himself to an 11-year-old girl and her 12-year-old brother while they were on the Brooklyn street, for which he was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, according to police.
