BILL Belichick is turning a blind eye to girlfriend Jordon Hudson’s “control freak” behavior because he believes it’s just a phase, sources close to the NFL legend have told The U.S. Sun.
The six-time Super Bowl-winning coach, 73, has already raised eyebrows by dating the 24-year-old former cheerleader, whom he met last year.

The U.S. Sun previously revealed that Belichick, now coaching at the University of North Carolina, is completely smitten with Hudson and feels like “a young man” again.
But alarm bells are ringing among his friends, who have looked on in disbelief as Hudson has allegedly tried to control everything — from his TV interviews to what he wears, eats, and drinks.
A disastrous CBS interview has since gone viral, with Hudson — who reportedly holds the media in contempt — screening questions and barking orders at her boyfriend behind the scenes.
Now, two separate sources have told The U.S. Sun that Belichick is allowing Hudson to take the reins in the hope that her behavior is merely a phase she’ll grow out of.

One friend, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the coaching veteran “isn’t overthinking” the situation and is confident it will blow over.
“She’s a total control freak,” the friend said. “He thinks it’s just a phase — her acting like his boss — but I don’t understand why he’s putting up with it.”
The insider added that Hudson “isn’t a fan” of the media and becomes angry if questions about their relationship are raised.
That sentiment was on full display in the now-infamous CBS segment, where she snapped, “We’re not talking about this,” when interviewer Tony Dokoupil asked how the couple met.
The friend said her behavior has sparked tension between the couple, with numerous awkward public moments contributing to a growing sense of unease.
Belichick, however, continues to let her do as she pleases — at least for now.
“He’s letting her take control, but I don’t understand it,” said the source, who also claimed that Hudson has been throwing her weight around in front of Belichick’s friends and family.
NIGHTMARE APPEARANCE
A TMZ report stated that Hudson repeatedly interrupted the CBS interview and even stormed out at one point.
Belichick is currently trying to promote a new book, but all future interviews have reportedly been scrapped.
Just last month, The Assembly published an email showing that Belichick requested Hudson be copied on all correspondence sent to him at the University of North Carolina.
Meanwhile, a report from The Athletic noted that Hudson’s email signature identifies her as the “chief operating officer of Belichick Productions.”
However, records indicate she holds no official employment or contractual role with UNC.
The podcast Pablo Torre Finds Out previously claimed that Hudson is acting as an agent for Belichick, even leveraging her position to appear alongside him in a Dunkin’ Donuts commercial.
As public scrutiny over their relationship intensifies, Belichick remains unfazed.
“I’ve never been too bothered about what everyone else thinks,” he said in an interview. “Just try to do what I feel is best for me and what’s right.”
FRIEND FEARS
Another friend, however, said Hudson is “trying to take over,” leaving many close to Belichick increasingly concerned.
“The way she tries to control the narrative in public is a bit disturbing — pretty much acting like an overbearing public relations rep guiding her ‘client’ like a child,” the source said.
“’Say this,’ ‘You can’t say that,’ ‘We’re not talking about that.’
“I’ve heard those phrases from her constantly at events, dinners, parties, and public appearances — and I don’t like it.”
“He’s allowing it to happen, and that’s not a good look,” the friend added.
“You can’t have a 24-year-old girlfriend talking to you like that in public and acting this way in front of everyone. It’s not acceptable.”
