DINERS who frequent a beloved restaurant chain are in for a menu shakeup this month.

Except, the money-saving selections offered on it all depend on when customers try to get them.

Texas Roadhouse’s Early Dine Menu has been around for some time.

It allows for budget-friendly selections for customers who come in during certain times and days of the week.

Those times and days currently include Monday through Thursday, anytime from open until 5 pm local time, and Friday until 3 pm.

As part of the deal, 11 entrees are now offered for $10.99 each, a recent update after the $12.99 price point seen on menus last year.

The entrees include a Six-Ounce Sirloin Steak Dinner, Country Fried Chicken Dinner, Chicken Critters Dinner, Pulled Pork Dinner, Chicken Caesar Salad, and more.

Additionally, each entree that’s picked comes with two sides of the customer’s choice.

GREAT OFFER?

“It’s a total steal,” a customer said of the Early Dine Menu (@fun.sizer) in a post on TikTok.

They also emphasized that free rolls are still included, along with peanuts.

Still, the Early Dine Menu got some mixed responses from customers.

Some felt it was worth it, while others argued the $13 price point from 2024 wasn’t far enough off the standard cost for menu items not during the promotional period.

Texas Roadhouse Hack: How to Score a $7.49 Meal

“She said only $13 lol,” a diner commented, seemingly arguing that it wasn’t a deal.

“The early dine is just like a dollar or two off the dinner menu is all,” another echoed.

“For what u get – t road is a good deal tbh,” a third commented back.

“Definitely doing that,” someone else added.

Fast Food meal deals

Here are some of the current value meals offered by popular fast food joints.

Taco Bell’s $7 Luxe Cravings Box:

  • Chalupa Supreme
  • Beefy Five-Layer Burrito
  • Double Stacked Taco
  • Chips and nacho cheese sauce
  • Medium drink

McDonald’s $5 Meal Deal:

  • McDouble or McChicken sandwich
  • Four-piece Chicken McNuggets
  • Small fries
  • Small soft drink

Wendy’s $5 Biggie Bag:

  • Junior Bacon Cheeseburger or Crispy Chicken Sandwich
  • Four-piece chicken nuggets
  • Junior fries
  • Small soft drink

Burger King’s $5 Your Way Meal:

  • Whopper Junior, Chicken Junior, or Bacon Cheeseburger
  • Fries
  • Four-piece chicken nuggets
  • Soft drink

Now that it’s only $11, there’s at least $2 more in savings for customers.

SNEAKY SAVINGS

There’s also a way to get a full meal at Texas Roadhouse for a bit less than the Early Dine Menu, or if customers can’t make it during the Monday through Thursday window, according to an employee.

While typically unavailable to most because it’s on the Kids & Rangers Meals section for strictly diners 12 and under, there’s a way to get around the age requirement.

Staff member Madi (@girlswillbegirlsyay) noted in a TikTok clip that the Texas Roadhouse she specifically works at usually “allows” adults to order from the kids menu anyway, but for those that don’t, it’s best to make an order for pickup instead of dining in.

The steak dinner on the Kids & Rangers Meals section is just $12.

It also comes with a single side and free drink.

Side options include fries, mashed potatoes, buttered corn, or steamed vegetables.

There’s also, again, the free bread and peanuts.

A family of five was also recently able to feed everyone for just $37 at Texas Roadhouse.

Other restaurants have similar sneaky offerings.

A customer at Chili’s recently revealed the two crucial hacks diners can use to get a meal for less than $9.

The U.S. Sun also had an exclusive conversation with a fast food menu hacker who can get up to 42% off at McDonald’s.
