Lynch won the Women’s Royal Rumble Match last month and then challenged Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 35, which takes place on April 7 at the MetLife Stadium in New York.

Rumours suggest that the two WWE megastars will make history at Mania by becoming the first ever women to headline the Show of Shows.

The Man has lashed out at her star rival many times in the past and this time she addressed people’s claims that it is the UFC Hall of Famer that makes their rivalry prestigious.

The Irish Lass Kicker took exception to that statement, which she described as ‘b******s’, and shared a picture of her and the MMA legend, who had a photoshopped tattoo on her shoulder that read, ‘I HEART THE MAN’.

The two-time women’s champion admitted that Rousey’s UFC past played a part in putting together the first ever all-women’s WrestleMania main event.

But the ex-SmackDown Women’s Champion is adamant that it is her recent success that will make sure people actually care about the match in April.

Lynch posted on Instagram: “People talking b******s – Ronda’s name from the past might have opened a path to the main event, but my work in present will make sure people give a s**t when we get there.”

The Irish superstar rose to superstardom last summer when she adopted a meaner and tougher character that led to comparisons with WWE legends like Stone Cold Steve Austin and CM Punk.

The Limerick-born wrestler won the SmackDown Women’s Championship and started a feud with Rousey after WWE’s first ever all-women’s Pay-Per-View event Evolution.

The two stars were set to battle at Survivor Series but the match was ultimately cancelled due to injury.

Lynch suffered a broken nose and a concussion at the hands of Nia Jax on RAW a week before the fight.

Their WrestleMania bout has also raised some doubt as the challenger was suspended by WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon after she refused to have her injured knee examined by WWE medical personnel.

She then attacked McMahon and also slapped WWE legend and Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative Triple H the next night on SmackDown.

Rumours suggest that their fight will soon turn into a Triple Threat Match with Charlotte Flair getting involved.
