THEY’RE both pint-sized pop princesses with a number of smash hits under their belts, but when it comes to their gig fees – ARIANA GRANDE and KYLIE MINOGUE are poles apart.
I can reveal Ariana has been offered £100,000 more than Aussie singer Kylie was to headline Manchester Pride in August.
Ariana Grande ‘is expected to bank £250,000’ for playing Manchester Pride[/caption]
A music insider said: “Ariana is expected to bank £250,000 for her appearance at Manchester Pride.
Kylie on the other hand was only offered around £150,000 when she was given the chance to perform last year.
“Obviously they’re both massive stars but Ariana is like gold dust at the moment, so the organisers offered her top whack to take part.”
Earlier this week Ariana lashed out at short-sighted trolls who accused her of setting high ticket prices.

She told her fans: “I have nothing to do with ticket pricing – Manchester Pride sets those rates, and they’re mostly out of my control. ‘The LGBTQ community has been so special to me and supportive throughout my entire career.
“The relationships I have with my LGBTQ fans, friends, and family make me so, so happy.
I want to celebrate and support this community, regardless of my identity or how people label me. ‘And also I wanna visit a city that means so much to me.”
Kylie ended up pulling out of last year’s event because of security concerns but will be headlining Brighton Pride on August 3.

I confirmed Ariana would be returning to Manchester for the three-day celebration back in December and earlier this week she told her fans she was delighted about taking part.
She tweeted: “Manchester babes, I’m so thrilled to be headlining pride. My heart. I can’t wait to see u and I love u so so much.”

Knowing Ariana, it’ll be something totally spectacular.
