Ruiz Jr stunned the boxing world when he stopped Joshua in the seventh round of their heavyweight world title fight.
The Mexican will likely rematch Joshua later this year as per the clause in his contract.
However, if Ruiz Jr is able to rock the Brit once again then he will turn his attention to undefeated stars Wilder and Fury.
But those two have already put plans in place for their next two fight, which Ruiz Jr is disappointed in.
“I think they looked over me,” he said.
“I think they should have paid attention to me first before making other plans. Wilder and Tyson Fury, I am a dangerous fighter as well.
“They underestimated me and they are planning on fighting other fighters instead of focussing on me.
“We got the victory, I am really happy.”
Wilder is set to rematch Luis Ortiz later this year before taking on Fury for a second time in early 2020.
Meanwhile, the Gypsy King is gearing up for his next bout against Tom Schwartz and he hopes to fight again this year before taking on Wilder.
But Ruiz Jr will have his work cut out trying to defend his WBA, WBO and IBF titles against Joshua.
The 29-year-old was mocked for his body shape before the fight but he explained his decision to put on weight.
“I think it is just the way that I look,” he added.
“The extra weight that I carry but we have been working on it.
“After we got this fight right away we didn’t want to lose too much weight. I wanted to be strong and we gained give more pounds just to be a little stronger.
“Now that I have this time I just want to get in really good shape and look like a Mexican Anthony.”
