AMERICANS are set score cash from a $4.4 million subscription settlement – and you only need to fill in a form.
The money is being handed out by a company called Streamlabs to settle claims against it in a class action lawsuit.

Plaintiffs in the case claim that Streamlabs violated California’s laws.
Plaintiffs said the company enrolled customers in automatic subscriptions to Streamlabs Pro services without their permission.
Streamlabs is not admitting any wrong doing through the lawsuit – choosing instead to settle with financial payments to those affected.
The settlement payout will benefit anyone who was wrongly billed a monthly fee for the subscription between March 3, 2018, and May 17, 2022.
The exact figure each plaintiff receives will depend on the number of claims submitted through the lawsuit.
The final approval hearing for the case was January 30.
But the key date to remember is March 31, because this is the deadline for submitting a valid claim form.
Meanwhile, Americans could cash in from a one-time payment from a $45 million data breach settlement.
The suit against MGM Resorts International came after two data breaches in July 2019 and September 2023 where guests’ personal information was left vulnerable.
Those holiday makers affect could receive up to $15,000.
But to claim the full amount, affected customers must submit a claim and provide supporting documentation to prove they incurred significant financial losses.
Americans could also score big from a $19.5 million privacy settlement.
The suit against Wells Fargo came after claims that the company recorded telephone calls without gaining consent, violating California’s privacy laws.
And to make a claim Americans only need to provide the phone number that received the calls.
