After rejection, Ga. man plotted to have python eat woman’s daughter: prosecutors

Two Georgia men are accused of blowing up a woman’s home as part of a revenge plot that at one point included plans to release a python inside the residence.

Stephen Glosser, 37, and Caleb Kinsey, 34, have been hit with federal charges for the scheme which targeted a woman — and her daughter — who briefly dated Glosser, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Georgia.

The victim blocked Glosser on social media and dating apps after their relationship soured. He then planned with Kinsey to, among other things, shoot arrows at her home, mail her animal parts and feces, scalp her and release “a large python into the victim’s home to eat the victim’s daughter.” They decided, ultimately, to use Tannerite to blow up her home after finding her address on the internet and stalking her, authorities said.

They used the substance to blow up the victim’s Richmond Hill home in January 2023, prosecutors said. The pair was arrested the following month following a multi-agency investigation.

The two face charges of  stalking, use of an explosive to commit another felony offense, conspiracy to use an explosive to commit a felony and possession of an unregistered destructive device. Each man faces up to 30 years in prison if convicted of all charges.

Kinsey faces additional weapons charges.

Both men were already facing state charges of unlawful possession of an explosive and first-degree arson.
