The pair were reportedly attending music producer Lenny Santiago’s birthday party at Soho House in Malibu.
Other A-list attendees included Jay-Z, Kevin Hart, Corey Gamble, and Twitter’s former owner Jack Dorsey.
The latest snaps arrive nearly two months after Adele announced she was putting her Las Vegas shows on hold after falling ill.
“Sadly I have to take a beat and pause my Vegas residency. I was sick at the end of the last leg and all the way through my break,” she explained on Instagram back in February.
“I hadn’t quite gotten the chance to get back to full health before shows resumed and now I’m sick again, and unfortunately it’s all taken a toll on my voice.
“And so on Doctors orders I have no choice but to rest thoroughly.
“We are already working out the details and you will be sent the information ASAP,” she added.
“I love you, I’ll miss you like mad and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.”
Adele is currently expected to return to the Colosseum stage on Friday, May 17.
She’ll be performing a total of 20 shows between May and November, taking a break from Vegas in July, August and September.
