Kay Adams makes major broadcasting change after taking her FanDuel show on the road for special episode

KAY ADAMS made a shock broadcast change after taking her Up & Adams Show on the road.

The 38-year-old sportscaster has been hosting her show at golf’s Player Championship event this week.

But fans expecting to tune on Thursday and Friday were left disappointed as it was not aired.

Fans asked Adams why and she replied on X: “Players Championship! ;( No show back Monday.”

For the episodes earlier in the week, the former NFL Network host broadcasted from the Sawgrass course in Florida.

Ahead of the PGA Tour event getting underway, she spoke to 2023 US Open champion Wyndham Clark.

Clark was asked about his major glory and he said: “Usually I cry when I watch the tape back.

“It brings back a lot of great emotions, all good.

“Sometimes I sit there and think ‘I can’t believe I won the US Open’ and sometimes it does not even seem real, especially at times when you are not playing good golf.

“Even this morning I was walking in and somebody was like ‘oh, that’s our nation’s champion’ and that is pretty cool.”

Adams also spoke to ex-Players Championship winner Rickie Fowler and NFL prospects Maxwell Hairston and Isaiah Bond ahead of the Draft.

Despite defeat in the Super Bowl, Adams does not think the Kansas City Chiefs should be written off ahead of next season.

She said: “I think we’re underreacting to what this is going to do, to and for, Patrick Mahomes.

Make no mistake… This will only fuel him.

“After [the Chiefs] lost to Cincy in the AFC title game and [Mahomes] lost Tyreek [Hill], he had to hear about the window being closed.

“Want to know what happened then? He threw for 5,000 yards without him. He won MVP.

“Went right back to the Super Bowl. Won it. Then he won it again. Then he went back again.”
