Airline disasters have been all over the news in recent months, but fortunately this story took place once the plane touched down.
After arriving in Pittsburgh, the flight crew was left unable to get the plane’s door open.
Fortunately, Terry Bradshaw was on the flight.
According to a passenger on the flight, Bradshaw helped to force the plane door open after passengers were trapped for 30 minutes.

He was in the Steel City for a roast of his former Pittsburgh Steelers teammate Mel Blount.
It is also a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Steelers’ first Super Bowl victory.
“The pilot announced and you could kind of hear he was chuckling as he said it, but he said ‘thanks to the strength of one of our passengers, we were finally able to get the door open’ and I think we all knew he was alluding to Mr. Bradshaw,” traveler Selah Gamble told KDKA’s Ricky Sayer.
“I mean honestly I was just ready to get off the flight, but the guy next to me had made the joke that they should have him bust down the door and I was like, well maybe he could a few years ago, so I’m definitely eating my words.”
According to Sayer, Bradshaw was sitting in the front row of the flight that originated in Dallas-Fort Worth.
It is truly an impressive feat of strength that Bradshaw was able to crack the door open.
He wasn’t known for his strength during his time in the NFL, but he is now a 76-year-old man.
Perhaps he could still offer the Steelers some offensive help while they search for a new quarterback.
NFL fans agreed and shared their thoughts about his feat of strength on social media.
“Shoot man, the Steelers should just get both Bradshaw and Big Ben on the roster at this point,” one fan said.
“Steelers. Sign this man,” another fan said.
The original Tom Brady

Tom Brady was left lost for words after Terry Bradshaw admitted he used his identity.
Host Curt Menefee drew Brady’s attention to a 1983 newspaper report that a man called Thomas Brady underwent surgery.
That was actually Bradshaw while he was still in his playing days with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Bradshaw won four Super Bowls in his 13-year career under center in Pittsburgh.
The former Steelers quarterback explained, “When I checked in they said ‘you’re not going to get checked in under your name because you’ll get hassled, what do you want to go under?’
“I said, ‘Put me under Thomas Brady.’
“That’s how it happened.”
“Best thing a QB has done in Pittsburgh in years,” a third fan said.
“Not bad for a 76-year old,” a fourth fan said.
“Way to go, Bradshaw!” a fifth fan said.
Bradshaw is a four-time Super Bowl champion and NFL MVP.
He is forever enshrined in the Hall of Fame.
