“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Kim Richards reportedly was put on a psychiatric hold earlier this month following an incident at a Hilton hotel.
In early September, a reportedly incoherent Richards, 60, refused to leave one of the L.A.-area hotels owned by half-sister Kathy Hilton’s family and cops were called, as law enforcement sources told TMZ.
Richards, who has long battled alcoholism on and off-screen and resulting legal issues, was then put on a 5150 psychiatric hold and transported her to a hospital. It’s unclear how long she was hospitalized or when she was released.
News of the incident came to light Friday, on the heels of a confrontation with little sister and former co-star Kyle.
TMZ reports that the famous family has tried to ice out Kim in order to help her get back on the wagon.
That plan went awry Wednesday when Kim showed up at Kyle’s home, where she’d previously been staying, and the 55-year-old reality star asked authorities to help remove Kim.
