A male sex worker gave federal investigators a video of himself participating in one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ notorious “freak offs,” according to a report published Thursday.
The man cut a deal with the feds for his cooperation in the case in exchange for not being prosecuted, sources told TMZ.
The video allegedly shows the man having sex with an unnamed woman, with Diddy behind the camera, according to TMZ. It was reportedly filmed in Miami in 2023.
Combs, 54, and his defenders have claimed the “freak offs” were sex parties between consenting adults. However, the feds said in charging documents that many people involved in the parties didn’t want to be there.
Mark Agnifilo, Combs’ lawyer, said his client plans to testify in his own defense at trial.
“I don’t know that I can keep him off the stand,” Agnifilo told TMZ for the outlet’s documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.”
“I think he is very eager to tell his story,” the lawyer added.
Combs was arrested Sept. 16 in Manhattan and faces sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges in federal court. He is sharing a special cell with crypto fraudster Sam Bankman-Fried at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center while awaiting trial.
The so-called “Downfall of Diddy” began in November 2023, when his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura sued him for sexual assault. The parties settled the lawsuit about 24 hours later, but it led to several more civil lawsuits that accused Combs of rape and sexual assault. In May, CNN published video of Combs viciously assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway.
Additionally, the civil suits helped spark a federal investigation into Combs that led to charges filed in New York this month.
