Pa. man accused of drugging, raping 5 women he met on ‘sugar daddy’ dating site

A southern Pennsylvania man has been arrested for drugging at least five women he met on a “sugar daddy” dating site and sexually assaulting them while they were impaired, authorities said Wednesday.

Andrew Gallo, 40, is accused of meeting his victims on Sugar Daddy Meet under the aliases “Drewster420” or “KAE” and then arranging dates in person at his Bristol Township home.

He did so by “boasting about the great drinks he would make for them,” the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said in a news release.

When the women showed up for their dates, Gallo would offer them drinks that had been spiked with an undisclosed controlled substance. All the women later told investigators they felt “strange” after consuming the drinks.

“They described [the] feeling of a lack of control during the sexual encounter and unable to stop anything Gallo wished to do,” officials said.

The alleged victims, who range in age from 17 to 30, also reported engaging in rough sex. Some of them told investigators Gallo would choke them until they were unconscious.

The victims also reported long-lasting side effects from the substances, such as hallucinations, psychosis and “staying up for days.”

Lab results later revealed the women had drugs — including methamphetamine — in their systems. Traces of meth were also found in a bottle of tequila recovered from Gallo’s home, officials said.

Predators like Gallo assume “victims won’t have the strength” to report such crimes, District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said at a news conference. She praised the women for their “strength and courage” to do so.

Gallo has been charged with rape by causing impairment, strangulation, corruption of minors and other offenses.

He was arrested Wednesday morning and arraigned by District Judge Terrence Hughes. He’s being held at Bucks County Correctional Facility on $5 million bail.

A spokesperson for Sugar Daddy Meet, which bills itself as “the world’s largest dedicated sugar daddy site,” did not immediately return a request for comment on Wednesday.
