1. Cheek Lifter

How to do it:

  • Open your mouth to form an “O.”
  • Position your upper lip over your teeth.
  • Smile with the corners of your mouth to lift your cheek muscles.
  • Lightly place your fingers on the top of your cheeks.

  • Repeat lifting and lowering for 10-15 repetitions.

2. Jawline Definer

How to do it:

  • Hold for 5 seconds, then relax.
