Cole Palmer has reportedly signed a new long-term deal at Chelsea, with the Blues having already hinted at the news via a cryptic post on social media. Palmer was Chelsea’s standout player last season, leading their attacking charge with 25 goals and 15 assists in all competitions.
He was recognised for his stunning form with a place in the England squad at the Euros, where he scored in the final against Spain. Palmer was also named the Premier League’s young player of the season, beating the likes of Bukayo Saka, William Saliba and Kobbie Mainoo.
The 22-year-old has been rewarded by Chelsea with a new deal keeping him at the club until the summer of 2033, according to The Athletic. The west Londoners dropped a cryptic hint on Tuesday afternoon by posting an image of Palmer on X, formerly Twitter, alongside two emojis of a home and a stadium.
