The Olympic Games are now in full swing and Team GB have made a solid start.
Equestrians Laura Collett, Tom McEwen and Ros Canter secured Team GB’s first gold medal of the Olympics on Monday by winning the eventing team event.
Hours later Tom Pidcock snatched a second gold with an outrageous late overtake in the men’s mountain bike race – and he even suffered a puncture earlier in the battle.
It follows up success on the opening day, where Team GB won a bronze and silver – their first opening day medals since 2004.
