Brian Littrell’s bid for privacy on a Florida beach escalated into a heated confrontation that ended with a 911 call.

Littrell was seen confronting a beachgoer in video he claimed backed up his allegations of battery.

Littrell’s lawyer, Peter Ticktin, told Fox News Digital a man set up a beach chair on the singer’s private property and refused to leave on March 22, prompting Littrell to approach him. According to the lawyer, the encounter escalated when the trespasser allegedly turned aggressive and “struck” Littrell in the face, prompting the pop star to call 911.

In bodycam footage obtained by WMBB, Littrell told officers: “I’ve got him on video; he is sitting on my property. I didn’t say anything to him. I was about this far away, he swipes at me, hits my phone out of my hand, that’s when I called 911. Guys, I don’t want any altercations, I don’t want any beef, I just want to enjoy the beach,” Littrell said.

WMBB obtained additional footage, taken by Littrell, that shows the full encounter. In the video, Littrell approached and began videoing a man sitting on the beach. Littrell walked up to the man, who appeared to be startled by the singer’s presence. The man seemingly pushed the phone out of his face before apologizing.

“Sorry, here, you cannot be putting that in my face, bro,” the man said, referring to Littrell’s phone. “Get out of my face, bro.”

“This is what I deal with, people like this,” Littrell said as he turned the camera on himself.

“You came and shoved your phone in my face, bro,” the beachgoer responded. “You’re lucky I didn’t knock you the f— out.”

Littrell denied it as the man continued, “Yes, you did. You reached around me from behind my back, dude, I got you on video. You’re f—-d, bro.”

Walton County’s Deputy Chief Assistant State Attorney, Josh Mitchell, decided not to pursue charges against the man on behalf of Littrell, citing a lack of criminal intent. The DA’s office claimed the video evidence submitted by Littrell corroborated the beachgoer’s version of events, according to WMBB.

Early reporting claimed Littrell had used a homophobic slur when arguing with the beachgoer.

“The claim that Mr. Littrell used a homophobic slur is false,” Ticktin told Fox News Digital. “The full video of the encounter shows unequivocally that no such language was used. Sexual orientation played no role in this incident, and any suggestion otherwise is knowingly false.

“Mr. Littrell and his family purchased what they saw as their dream home, only to discover an ongoing pattern of trespassing and harassment targeting private property owners along their and their neighbors’ stretch of beach,” the statement added. “These actions are not about public access, public beaches exist on both sides of the neighborhood and remain open and uncrowded. Instead, certain individuals appear intent on challenging the very concept of private property rights.”

Littrell’s lawyer said it’s “deeply troubling” the situation escalated, blaming a lack of enforcement by the local sheriff and saying the singer deserves safety and privacy at home.

Littrell has been entangled in multiple legal battles regarding alleged trespassers targeting his private beachfront property in Florida over the past year.

The “I Want It That Way” singer revealed he’s been receiving disturbing threats from other members of the community that target him and his family.

“It will eventually come out, but all the pictures and the documents that we have from social media and the threats, the physical threats to my family … they’ve talked about burning our house down, burning it down,” Littrell recently told Fox News Digital in an exclusive interview. “They’ve talked about bringing guns. They said, ‘Yeah, guns are allowed in Florida.’ They want to spray us with mace. They want to punch my teeth out, you know, it’s like, it’s crazy.”

Littrell said he and his family are “good people” and only want to keep the peace and “educate people on the facts of what they should and shouldn’t do, the protocol, the misinformation that’s out there.”

“We’re not trying to take something that’s not ours. We just want to enjoy the sand,” he said.
