The thread titled: “Workers of McDonald’s, tell me about your best secret creation menu items.”

The post stated: “Breaks, opening, closing what do you make for yourself?”

One person said: “To be fair, I never would’ve found out about spicy pepper sauce and crinkle cut pickles, if it wasn’t for a co-worker of mine who happens to be a chef, as he made his master sandwich with some other bun, crinkle cut pickles, spicy pepper sauce, and I don’t know what else he added to his McChicken. Oof thank the universe, a fine chef was sent to our store.”

Another said: “Vanilla Sunday with bacon and caramel. Full cup. Halfway, have however much bacon you’d like, top off with ice cream, add caramel sauce and spin for a few with a flurry spoon. Delicious.”

A third suggested: “I always go with a crispy chicken no pickle with the new BLT sauce added to it.”

A user added: “Quite a few actually. (Mcds USA)… When we had the Grilled Chicken Flatbread sandwich I would use the flatbread to make a steak, grilled onions, mushrooms, sandwich topped off with/ the bagel yellow sauce and guac.

“Chopped up spicy chicken, eggs w/ runny yolk, bacon, red onions, Asian Dressing, yellow bagel sauce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, leaf lettuce, guac and fries wrapped in the 10″ tortillas.

“Fish bites, bacon, and spicy chicken wraps w/ lettuce, cheese, salsa roja, ranch, tomatoes, fries and guac. When we had the McSkillet burritos I sub Angus meat instead of sausage and added runny yolk eggs to the already egg/potatoes mix blend.”

A fifth said: “A couple of go-to favourites: Sausage egg McMuffin adds bacon, an extra slice of cheese, add BLT sauce Double Quarter sub mac sauce, sub big mac bun for a Big Mac with quarter meat. Both amazing.”

Other users shared their budget-friendly tips for the fast food restaurant, with one person writing: “Sausage muffin on the value menu is cheaper than a sausage patty at my store they took down the triple stack muffin/griddle/biscuit because of price problems but if you make a sausage egg McMuffin and a sausage McMuffin no muffin add bacon is my cheapest alternative.”

Another said: “Cheese fries (put a piece of cheese on top of fries and microwave it).”
