Back in April, Kate shared a slew of tearful snaps from her hospital bed – including a Mother’s Day post tributing her mum Judy.
The Underworld star didn’t disclose the reason behind her stay in the hospital until a week later when she posted a picture of herself wearing a “Tummy Troubles Survivor” T-shirt, posing with one of her dogs to her Instagram – seemingly alluding to some sort of stomach issue.
However, Kate didn’t elaborate and simply shared it with an arm muscle and a white heart emoji.
