Raven-Symoné slams trolls sending ‘death threats’ to wife

Raven-Symoné is calling out online trolls and ordering them to “stop with the death threats” against her wife, Miranda Maday, over remarks about “That’s So Raven.”

The Disney Channel alum, 38, and Maday, who until September co-hosted “The Best Podcast Ever,” appeared together in a TikTok, to address the “disrespectful” behavior.

“I’m here with Miranda, my wife, to tell you to stop it in the comments and stop with the death threats in her DMs,” said the “Cosby Show” alum.

The “wild” hate, as Maday described it, was in response to people believing Maday claimed to have not known of her wife’s career prior to their relationship, following their joint appearance on the “Bottoms Up With Fannita” podcast in April.

“I’m married to her and the fact that I didn’t watch [“That’s So Raven”] was something that Raven appreciated,” Miranda said during the interview.

Though she “did not watch her as a child,” Maday clarified in the TikTok: “I never have once said that I did not know who Raven was. I only ever said that I did not grow up watching ‘That’s So Raven.’”

“Since getting married and meeting her in 2015, I have seen the majority of her work,” Maday said, praising her wife as “endlessly talented.”

“We’re feeling inclined to address this because I’m receiving so much hate for something that is really just a big a spiral of internet misinformation,” Maday added.

The former “The View” co-host and Maday began dating in 2015 and tied the knot in 2020.

This time last year, Raven inadvertently revealed that she made Maday sign an NDA at the start of their romance, something the latter wasn’t happy to share with the public — much like she hadn’t looked forward to signing the document to begin with. As it was a dealbreaker to Raven, she did ultimately sign.
