Darts LIVE: Luke Littler and Michael van Gerwen fighting talks blows up as teen criticised

So we’ve reached the day of reckoning. Luke Littler and Michael van Gerwen will meet in the PDC World Darts Championship final at Ally Pally tonight after both produced dominant displays in their semi-final matches.

Van Gerwen overcame Chris Dobey 6-1 before the teenager beat Stephen Bunting by the same scorline. It means a second successive final for ‘The Nuke’, while his Dutch rival will be gunning for his fourth world crown – and first since 2019.

The build-up has already been tasty, with Van Gerwen regularly courting controversy during the tournament by criticising fellow players and frequently swearing during interviews. Littler has also raised eyebrows with his antics during matches but regardless, fans are gearing up for a classic tonight.

Express Sport bring you all the latest news as we buld-up to the final below…
