A 12-year-old girl was shot in Queens on Wednesday, police said.
Police were called to 160th St. near Tuskegee Airman Way in South Jamaica just before 7:45 p.m., cops said.
When they arrived, they discovered the young victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm.
Medics rushed her to Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where she was expected to survive.
It was not immediately clear what lead up to the shooting.
There were no immediate arrests.
